The Cursor in 2020 Fusion is a very useful and important tool for designers. Using it properly allows designers to place items in a drawing precisely where needed. The Cursor is displayed in the example below as a red line, with a slight right angle appearing at its origin/pivot point.
Interacting with the Cursor is done via the Insert menu of the 2020 Fusion ribbon, where these icons are found.
Take note, if using a computer mouse with a wheel-scroll button, it is possible to simply point the mouse's cursor anywhere on the design and press the wheel to insert the 2020 Fusion Cursor in that position.

Using the drop-down menu allows the user to select between Clockwise or Anti-Clockwise.
For more information regarding this, see the linked article at the bottom of this article.
Cursor Movement Mode
This icon allows the user to choose from two available movement modes by clicking on the drop-down menu within it.
Absolute is active by default and can be switched to Relative.
Move Cursor Arrows
The yellow arrows allow the user to move the Cursor's height position. This is useful especially when in Elevation or Perspective view.
The red arrows allow the user to move the Cursor in any direction, horizontally or vertically.
Cursor Rotation
The three rotation buttons will allow the user to manipulate the specific angle of the cursor, specific to their design needs.
