The "Maintain Wall Joins" feature allows the designer to move existing walls while maintaining a connection.
To use this feature, simply follow these steps.
1. In the Plan view, select the wall required to move positions.
2. With the wall selected, navigate to the Items tab of the 2020 Fusion ribbon.
3. Click on the Maintain Wall Joins button to activate it.
4. With the feature active and the wall still selected, you can now adjust the position, measurement or rotation of the wall. Our example below has the wall moved 800mm to the left and 800mm down, just to provide a visual of how the wall join stayed connected. Notice how the dimensions will also change in accordance to the new placement.
