To hide or show annotations on your design, please follow these steps:
1. To hide all annotations (both automatic and manual) in the current named view, click on Annotate tab select Hide All icon.
2. To restore all annotations (both automatic and manual) in the current named view, click on Annotate tab deselect Hide All icon.
3. If deselecting the "Hide All" option only restores the previously hidden manual annotations for the current named view (i.e, it does not restore the automatic annotations), please check the Annotate By drop down to verify whether automatic annotations have actually been applied for the current named view. To validate this, Click on Annotate tab Annotate By.
4. To apply automatic annotations to the current named view, select Item Name, Order Code or Item list index (plan and elevation named views), or As Plan (elevation named views only).
