1. Go to File Options Saved Annotations
2. Click on New to add. Fill in a name and the annotation text.
3.This will now be available to use in any design in the Annotate Tab under the Manage option.
To Modify or Delete an existing annotation, you need to select the line you wish to modify or lines you wish to delete.
You will only see the editing option if a single line is selected.
This will then open the same window as creating a new annotation.
Deleting
You can make multiple selections by holding CTRL when making a left-click selection from the list. Note that when more than one saved annotation is selected, the edit function will grey out.

If you have 2020 Fusion installed on more than one device and wish to have a uniform annotations list but do not have a shared network, you can copy the PPUser.ini from the Documents/Fusion/Settings to another installation and it will have the same user annotations list.
