To verify the customer history of any of their designs and actions taken to their profile, follow these steps.
1. Launch 2020 Fusion.
2. Find the customer in question by clicking the Find Customer button.
3. Once the customer is found, click on the History tab.
4. Within this tab, the user is able to view:
- the date any given update or modification occurred
- the customer name
- the name of the 2020 Fusion user to have done the associated update or modification
- the type of action taken
These columns can be included or excluded by right-clicking on the columns to reveal the following menu:
The Date is included by default. The Action, Customer and Entered By can be toggled on or off.
