1.Open 2020 Fusion.
2.Go to Manage Customer Compulsory Fields
3.Highlight the row you wish to amend and double-click.
4. Now you can select if the field is compulsory by checking/unchecking the box and clicking on Update.
Here is an example of all compulsory fields turned OFF. Note that Address Line 1, County and Postcode are no longer in bold.
