How to Add Coving in 2020 Fusion

To add coving to a room in 2020 Fusion, follow the steps below:


1. Go to Insert Catalogue Items.


2. Choose Advanced Graphics for the catalogue.


3. In the Item Name field, type in *coving






4. Set your dimensions.






5. In Plan view, go to the Insert tab and choose the Freehand Tool (only available in v8 of 2020 Fusion - other versions will be the Poly Tool).






6. Left click on the first snapping point.






7. Work your way around the room by left clicking on all the snapping points available. Notice the outline of the coving will appear as you left click around the room.







8. To finish adding the coving, double left click your mouse.





9. The coving will not show in plan view when added. To view it, you'll need to be in either perspective or elevation view.
