The floors and ceilings are automatically added to a design, if however you need to change the height of the wall for instance, it can be easier to delete and add the floor/ceiling again.
To add a floor or ceiling please follow the below steps:
1. Go to the Insert tab
2. Click either Add Ceiling or Add Floor
You can also use shortcut keys to add these too. The shortcuts are as follows:
Ctrl + H = Add Ceiling
Ctrl + G = Add Floor
