Issue
When creating a new room, I cannot see my catalogue group.
In this example, I have a catalogue group named 'Fusion Support' that is not visible in the list below.
Solution
Follow the steps below to resolve.
1. Open 2020 Fusion without loading a design.
2. Go to File Manage Catalogues Manage Catalogue Groups.
3. Check that your catalogue group is still present in the list.
Check the catalogues within the group to see if any have been withdrawn.
Is the withdrawn catalogue still required?
YES go to step 4a.
NO go to step 4b.
4a. If the catalogue is still required, close the Manage Catalogue Groups window and click the Show Withdrawn Catalogues Flag in the Manage Catalogues window and scroll through the list to the catalogue flagged as 'YES.' Highlight the row of the withdrawn catalogue and click Restore Catalogue.
4b. If this catalogue is no longer required, you can remove it from the Catalogue Group by selecting the required group Edit deselecting the withdrawn catalogue in the Available Catalogues list OK .
5. Exit the Manage Catalogues window by clicking OK and proceed to create a new room. You should now see the catalogue group that was previously missing.
