Question
How can a catalogue that is no longer being used be withdrawn from 2020 Fusion?
Answer
Withdrawing a catalogue in order to no longer have it appear on the list of available updates or to be selectable when designing is achieved by following these steps.
If using a Connect database:
1. From the file File menu of 2020 Fusion select Manage Catalogues.
2. Find the catalogue requiring to be withdrawn from the list and highlight it by clicking it with the mouse.
If multiple catalogues are required to be withdrawn, they can be selected by pressing down on the CTRL key on the keyboard while selecting each one to highlight them.
The same can be done by holding th Shift key on the keyboard to select consecutive catalogues displayed.
3. Once highlighted click on Withdraw Catalogue.
4. Once clicked on, the following window will appear. Select Yes to accept the changes or No to ignore them.
5. If it is required to confirm if a catalogue is withdraw, simply toggle on the Show Withdrawn Catalogues option by clicking in the empty square with the mouse. Once turned on and the empty square displays a check-mark, any withdrawn catalogues will display with a "Yes" in the column named Withdrawn.
