Question
How can an existing catalogue group be edited with a new name or deleted?
Answer
Catalogue groups which need to be renamed or are no longer of use can be easily edited or deleted.
To achieve this follow these steps.
1. Click File and then Manage Catalogues.
2. Then select Manage Catalogue Groups.
3. From the Catalogue Groups window select the group required to be edited or deleted by clicking on it once.
a) If the selected group needs to be deleted click on the Delete button and then click OK to confirm. No further action would be required after.
b) If the selected group name needs to be edited or updated then click on the Edit. The title of the group can then be renamed by typing in what the new name should be. Click on OK to confirm or Cancel to ignore the changes.
