There are a number of reasons that you may not be able to access 2020 Cloud. The first is that the "Sign In" option is greyed out and therefore can not login.
This will most likely be caused by the 2020 Cloud cache memory. To resolve this you:
1. Download the "2020ClearCloudCache.exe" from http://support.2020.net/2020ClearCloudCache.exe.
2. Close 2020 Fusion.
3. Run the 2020ClearCloudCache.exe. (You will need Administrator Privileges.)
4. You will then see a confirmation pop-up that the 2020 Cloud cache has been cleared.
5. Log back into 2020 Fusion and Sign In to 2020 Cloud.
If you're still unable to log in then it is possible there is a conflict with another industry related software.
6. Open Task Manager by clicking in the bottom left and typing "Task Manager".
7. Once opened go to Services.
8. Look for DM Installer.
9. If DM Installer is present and the status shows as Running. Right-click and select Stop.
Test 2020 Cloud. If this still fails then please contact your local 2020 Fusion Support.
