To launch 2020 Fusion Live please follow these steps:
1. Double click the 2020 Fusion shortcut on your desktop.
2. Please enter your 2020 Cloud account details into the login box and click sign in.
3. If this is the very first time you have launched 2020 Fusion Live you may be prompted with the following message asking you to create a new database.
4. After creating the database (or if you already have an existing database) you will be prompted to log into 2020 Fusion Live. Default login details are
Username: Admin
Password: admin
5. A dialog appears asking if you want to associate your 2020 Fusion Connect login with your 2020 Cloud login.
If you click Yes your 2020 Fusion Connect login will be linked to your 2020 Cloud login.
If you click No your 2020 Fusion Connect login will not be linked to your 2020 Cloud login, which means you will always be prompted to log in to 2020 Fusion Connect.
