How to Check and Install Catalogue Updates in 2020 Fusion

Solution

The steps for downloading & installing catalogues are different for Standalone and Connect.

2020 Fusion Connect

To download & install a catalogue in 2020 Fusion Connect, follow the steps below:

1. Go to File > Manage Catalogues




2. This will bring up the Manage Catalogues window. Click on Check for Updates.




3. This will bring up the Product Downloader window. It might take a couple of seconds to establish connection with the updates server.

 


4. Once the connection has been established with the server, you should see the 'Choose Update Versions' window.
This will display the updates or catalogues available for download. Select the catalogues you wish to install and click OK.




5. This will start downloading the selected catalogues.




6. Once the download is completed, click on Exit.




7. This will bring up the 'Updates Ready' window. Click Yes to install the downloaded catalogues.
This will complete the catalogue installation.




2020 Fusion Standalone

To download & install a catalogue in 2020 Fusion Standalone, follow the steps below:

1. Go to File > Manage Catalogues




2. This will bring up the Manage Catalogues window. Click on Check for Updates.




3. This will bring up the Product Downloader window. It might take a couple of seconds to establish a connection with the updates server.




4. Once the connection has been established with the server, you should see 'Choose Update Versions' window.
This will display the updates or catalogues available for download. Select the catalogues you wish to install and click OK.




5. This will start downloading the selected catalogues.




6. Once the download is completed, click on Exit.




7. Click OK to exit the 'Manage Catalogues' window.




8. This will bring up the 'Catalogue Updates Ready' window. Click OK and restart your 2020 Fusion.




9. Once 2020 Fusion has been restarted, you will see the window below. Click Yes to install the downloaded catalogue.
This will complete the catalogue installation.
