Incorrect 2020 Cloud catalogs
When the incorrect catalogs are shown in 2020 Cloud, this usually indicates the wrong market region was selected in your 2020 Cloud account.
How to change the market region?
Please complete the following steps to change the market region in your Cyncly Account:
1. Go here.
2. Log in with your email and password.
3. Go to My Profile.
4. Select your market region from the market region drop down menu.
