Before you proceed
In an attempt to make this as simple as possible, we have created 4 different filters to help you navigate and find exactly what you need in 2020 Cloud.
First filter: Manufacturers
The first filter (on top of the others) is the most important. It will decide what can be found in the next three filters. You must choose one or more manufacturers from the drop-down list in order to determine what catalogues will appear in the second filter, and what sub-categories will appear in the third filter. If you are unsure what the catalogue manufacturer’s name is, simply tick the Select all box. If you are looking for the newer version of Advanced Graphics, which is now called Decorative Items U”, tick the box next to 2020.
Second filter: Catalogues
Depending on the first filter you have chosen, one or more options should already be available. If you were looking for the newer version of Advanced Graphics, you should be seeing the Decorative Items UK option already (If you’ve selected 2020 in the first filter).
Third filter: Catalogues
If you have chosen one catalogue from the second filter, you will have the third filter available to you. Here, you can whittle down the list of object(s) you are looking for to something more manageable.
Fourth Filter: Search!
In some cases, it is simpler to leave the third filter empty, and to simply use the search box and type in a keyword.
The search bar is especially effective if you cannot find an item (for example, a fridge) in the specific catalogue you are looking for. Simply keep the first and second filter set to Select All and type in Fridge in the fourth filter.
Note: The search bar is very sensitive. Adding an “s” at the end of “Fridge”, for example, generates 0 results.
That’s it!
All you have to do now is drag and drop items into your plan, or double-click on the items you would like to use, after having placed your cursor in the right location.
