If a design contains item(s) with an invalid style(s), then this can be viewed in Style Alerts.
To View the Style Alerts follow the steps below;
1. Go to Home Default Style drop down Style Alerts
2. This will bring the Style Option Alerts window. The Style Option Alerts window will list and display the items with invalid styles and reasons etc.
3. To add or remove columns from the Style Option Alerts window, right-click on the column bar. Select or Deselect the option as per requirement.
4. Select the item with an invalid style you wish to correct.
(You can select multiple items by pressing the CTRL key on your keyboard)
5. Click on Default Style or Selected Style depending upon which Style group the item falls under.
This will bring the Style Details window. Select a valid option from the list and click OK.
(Note. You can enable Hide Invalid Options to list only valid options)
Or if the design has multiple style groups, you can click on Assign to Existing and select a style from the list of style groups.
