With the launch of version 8 we have introduce the enhancement to the background functionality that allows the image to be rotated through a full 360°, This coincides with a new 'Backgrounds' panel within the 'View' ribbon.

1. Add a background of your choice to the design in View* Backgrounds Gallery and select a Background
* You will need to be in Elevation or Perspective view to add a background.
Depending on the resolution of your display you will either see the full Backgrounds Panel or the Compact Backgrounds Panel

2. Once your Background is applied as below you can then decide if the adopted alignment is to your requirements.


3. If you wish to amend the alignment you can now go to the Rotation field within the Backgrounds panel and enter a value between 0° and 360°
