Excel does not fully support all aspects of UTF-8 files. You will need to import the text file to Excel in a specific way.
Please follow the below steps:
1. Open Microsoft Excel
2. A blank sheet should appear. If it doesn't simply choose a blank workbook.
3. Click File Open Browse.
4. Locate the text file. Be sure to select all files from the drop-down arrow to find the text file more easily.
5. When you have located the text file, highlight it and click Open.
6. The text import wizard will appear. Click the Next button through stages 1 & 2.
At step 3 click the Finish button.
The text file will now be showing in sections.
Note that you will have to amend the columns so all the text is visible.
