This will be as a result of either an applied preference in, or corruption of, the ppprefs.ini
1. Click on the Windows start button
2. Type DisplayFileLocator. This will automatically perform a search. Click File Locator once it appears in the list.
3. Single click on PPPrefs.ini in the list.
3. Hold CTRL + F and type Customise.
4. Under the heading [Customise] edit the following:
SuppressNonPriced = "1"
Replace "1" with "0" then save and close.
If the line SuppressNonPriced is missing, you can add this to a a new line under the [Customise] Heading
4. Launch 2020 Fusion and the Non-Priced Button will be restored to the Items ribbon.
