The 360° Panorama feature in 2020 Fusion allows you to provide your clients with an immersive 3D experience that makes them feel like they are right inside their new design. Simply email a panoramic view link to your clients and they can open it in web browsers or on mobile devices (tablet or smartphone).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Only Perspective View can generate a 360° panorama.

Entering and choosing the email address that your 360° panoramic view is sent from

2020 Fusion can either send the 360° panorama email from the organisation’s (dealer’s) email address, or from a specific salesperson’s (user’s) address. 2020 Fusion requires either an organisation and/or salesperson email address to be able to send a 360° panorama email. The option chosen will apply to all 360° panoramas sent until the option is changed.

Usingthe general Organisation's (Dealer’s) email address

This option can be selected by clicking File Options Internet Settings:

To set the organisation's (dealer’s) email address, you should click File Manage  System Dealer Details, example shown below:


  
Once entered, 2020 Fusion will use the email address that has been set in the Dealer Details dialogue box as the sender of 360° panorama emails, and show this in the lower part of the 360° panorama preview when generated:

Using a specific salesperson's (user's) email address

This option can be selected by clicking File Options Internet Settings:



To set the salesperson’s (user’s) email address, you should click File Manage Resources  Resources and enter the relevant email address for your own login, example shown below:

 
  
Once entered, 2020 Fusion will use the email address that has been set in the Edit Resource dialogue box as the sender of 360° panorama emails, and show this in the lower part of the 360° panorama preview when generated:

2020 Fusion is set to use the email address that is listed for the customer in their customer record.
If not yet entered, you can click the Edit button just above the customer record to add this information:



You may also enter this information from within an open design by clicking the Home tab - Customer Details.

Export the 360° panorama in the background

NOTE: When you select the Background 360° Panorama Export (Preview Disabled) option and you click on Publish from the perspective 360° panorama, there will be no preview. Instead, a message will appear to confirm that the panorama has been published.

1. 
   In the File menu, click Options, and then click on the Internet Settings.
   
2. Select the Background 360° Panorama Export (Preview Disabled) option.

Adjust the quality and resolution of your 360° panorama

2020 Fusion offers four quality levels of resolution.

1. In the File menu, click Options, and then click on Internet Settings.
   

2. Select the required resolution. The resolution options are as follows:

• Low Quality (1024 x 1024 pixels)

• Medium Quality (1440 x 1400 pixels)

• High Quality (1920 x 1920 pixels)

• Ultra Quality (2880 x 2880 pixels)

​In the Internet Settings option window, it is also possible to alter the quality of the image relative to the quality of the image shown on screen - this is set by default to 85% but can be edited up to 100%:

NOTE: If you opt for a higher resolution and/or quality, this will result in longer generation time.
