Cloud items loading as clear boxes
Solution
This is currently a known bug within 2020 Fusion. Unfortunately, this bug is elusive (which we are still working on) so below are 3 steps that will resolve the issue temporarily:
1. Close and re-open the plan. Re-add the item if it doesn't automatically load.
2. Close and re-open 2020 Fusion. Re-add the item if it doesn't automatically load.
3. Close 2020 Fusion and clear the cloud cache (link below). Save the tool to your desktop and double click it to clear the cache.

You will need administrator privileges to run the tool.
Click Yes.
Select a reason.
Click Clear Cache.
Click OK.
